Vice President, Banking & Financial Services Industry Leader

About the role

This role will take a highly proactive approach to building the Banking & Financial Services business at Quantum Metric through strategic market displacement, pipeline growth, and account expansion. The Industry Leader will serve as an inside-out strategist responsible for transforming the company from a horizontal tool into a recognized vertical powerhouse within the world's largest financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales, product, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to generate and implement the go-to-market strategy for the Banking & Financial Services industry
• Actively partner with the sales organization to win key global accounts and secure Lighthouse customers among top-tier global banks
• Develop and implement product positioning, messaging, and strategies to pursue aggressive growth goals across Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and related BFSI sub-verticals
• Act as executive sponsor on high-priority, in-flight deals to refine narratives and overcome late-stage procurement and security audit hurdles
• Define and own the Win-Against competitive strategy to displace incumbents by demonstrating superior ROI in fraud detection, call deflection, and digital experience
• Develop repeatable BFSI sales playbooks and enablement materials that increase sales velocity
• Work closely with Product to ensure Agentic AI solutions meet the rigorous security, compliance, and regulatory standards of the financial services industry
• Establish the company as a top-tier recognized solution in the BFSI space through analyst engagement, keynote participation, and industry roundtables
• Develop thought leadership content including practitioner articles, joint publications, podcasts, and conference presentations
• Leverage executive network to facilitate introductions to C-Suite stakeholders including CIOs, CDOs, and heads of Risk and Digital
