About the role

The Business Development Manager acts as an ambassador for Ajax Systems, promoting security products and solutions to system integrators, installers, and business partners. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners, and conducting product training. The successful candidate will contribute to market strategy development and provide feedback to management to support product growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ajax Systems products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users.
• Explore new business opportunities and organize meetings with partners.
• Plan and prepare presentations for partners and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with cooperation partners and monitoring stations.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and developments to partners.
• Conduct product and sales training sessions.
• Actively promote the specification of systems containing Ajax products.
• Collaborate with distributors to meet partner requirements.
• Support the development of market strategies.
• Provide feedback to management on product requirements and report activities via the company CRM.

Qualifications
