About the role

SFEIR is looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer to join their Nantes team. You will design and develop modern, robust, and scalable backend architectures while leveraging Java 21+, Spring Boot, and Cloud Native technologies. The role involves working within a community-driven environment that emphasizes technical excellence, clean architecture, and the integration of generative AI into the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern backend architectures using Java 21+ and Spring Boot
• Design robust, maintainable, and scalable applications
• Work within Cloud Native environments including GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Challenge technical choices and improve development practices
• Conduct rigorous and constructive code reviews
• Share technical expertise with the team and contribute to the community
