About the role
This is a newly created architecture role within the IT Systems team, acting as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation. You will focus on a Cloud First strategy, specifically Azure and Microsoft 365, while balancing security, scalability, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing solution concepts and guiding them through to stable operation while mentoring a six-person team.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and develop comprehensive solution concepts.
- Lead the development of Azure, M365, and hybrid identity environments.
- Evaluate technical options based on security, scalability, and economic viability.
- Implement new solutions and mentor the team through the transition.
- Translate technical requirements for business stakeholders.
