About the role

SFEIR is looking for a Tech Lead to join their Nantes office to guide technical teams while remaining hands-on with code. The role involves designing robust architectures, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence in Java and Cloud environments. You will work within a community of engineers focused on modern software practices, including AI-augmented development.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, robust, and scalable architectures
• Develop using Java 21+ and the Spring Boot ecosystem
• Participate in structural decision-making for products and platforms
• Mentor developers to support their technical growth
• Conduct rigorous and constructive code reviews
• Challenge technical choices to ensure high value
• Promote software engineering best practices across teams
