Responsibilities

• Leitung eines kleinen Prüfungsteams und eigenverantwortliche Mandatsbetreuung
• Prüfung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen
• Due Diligence Prüfungen und Unternehmensbewertungen
• Erstellung von Gutachten
• Leitung spannender steuerlicher Gestaltungsprojekte
• Review und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
• Abwehrberatung und Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen
• Betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung und Analysen
