About the role

The Healthcare & Life Sciences Principal will partner with EMEA sales and engineering leadership to define and execute the regional growth strategy for the HLS sector. This role involves driving pipeline and financial performance, orchestrating strategic alliances, and establishing the company as an industry leader in data and AI platforms. The position requires a blend of strategic planning, organizational development, and hands-on commercial execution to deliver measurable customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own the booking targets and financial performance for the segment by developing and executing a multi-year strategic growth plan.
• Define and articulate the value proposition for Healthcare & Life Sciences to drive growth.
• Author and launch strategic go-to-market plans with priority partners to unlock high-potential customer accounts.
• Orchestrate strategic vertical alliances and operationalize relationships with key partners.
• Equip sales teams and partners with specialized tools, training, and playbooks to sell vertical solutions.
• Act as a spokesperson for the vertical vision in customer meetings, industry events, and analyst briefings.
