About the role

Flybaby is looking for a motivated working student to join their team in Berlin to help grow their creator community and brand presence. This hands-on role involves managing influencer relationships, coordinating campaigns, and supporting broader marketing projects. The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube within the parenting and lifestyle space
• Build and maintain an influencer database tracking engagement and collaboration metrics
• Manage outreach and build long-term relationships with creators
• Coordinate gifting, seeding, and collaboration campaigns from briefing to content delivery
• Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights
• Support the marketing team with product launches, content planning, and offline community events
