Product and Technical Communications

About the role

Lovable is seeking a communications professional to own product and technical narratives, including launches, trust, and incident response. You will bridge the gap between technical product developments and external audiences, ensuring the company's story remains airtight as the platform scales. This role requires a hands-on approach to media relations, spokesperson preparation, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own trust, security, and incident communications, managing external responses during product incidents.
• Lead earned media strategy for product launches, coordinating with product marketing to shape positioning and press materials.
• Develop relationships with journalists, technical writers, and influencers by facilitating hands-on product experiences.
• Act as a communications partner to the CTO and product leadership, preparing them for media, conferences, and podcasts.
• Manage communications for technical integrations and platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with analysts and technical media to ensure consistent positioning in industry reports.
