AI Deployment Strategist – MedTech Quality Management

About the role

The AI Deployment Strategist will work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to transform complex MedTech quality and QMS workflows into practical AI-powered solutions. This hands-on role involves driving customer projects from discovery through design and implementation, ensuring that domain expertise in quality management is effectively translated into high-impact AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive customer project workstreams from discovery through workflow design, implementation support, testing, iteration, and delivery.
• Work directly with cross-functional customer teams to understand their QMS processes, documentation, and pain points for AI-powered improvement.
• Act as a domain sparring partner for internal teams regarding MedTech quality management standards and regulations.
• Create and review project deliverables such as workshop materials, process maps, gap analyses, and impact assessments.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into structured internal requirements for the product and engineering teams.
• Use AI tools actively to accelerate project delivery and improve the quality of outputs.
