Senior Manager Technical Operations (Bauleiter)

About the role

Thermondo is seeking a Senior Manager Technical Operations to drive the development and implementation of technical standards for heat pump projects in multi-family homes. You will oversee the end-to-end operations process, manage technical quality assurance with installation partners, and act as a key interface between customers, planners, and grid operators. This role combines strategic process development with hands-on site management to advance climate-neutral living solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document binding technical standards for heat pump projects in multi-family buildings.
• Conduct technical site supervision, including quality controls, commissioning, and final acceptance procedures.
• Define and implement scalable end-to-end operational processes from planning to service handover.
• Qualify and audit installation partners to ensure adherence to company technical standards.
• Support technical sales by conducting site inspections and validating project calculations.
• Analyze project performance data to drive continuous improvement in costs, time, and quality.

Qualifications
