Founding Engineer

About the role

As the first engineer at femote, you will build the technical foundation for a SaaS product designed to improve gynaecological care. You will develop a patient app and professional interface while establishing an architecture that supports future clinical evidence and decision-support features. This role involves preparing for medical device certification and setting the engineering standards for the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship the initial SaaS product including a patient app and professional interface
• Design and implement data architecture to support clinical evidence and future model training
• Establish engineering practices and documentation for future team members
• Direct the development of algorithmic and decision-support features
• Prepare technical systems for medical device certification and regulatory compliance
