About the role
As Chief of Staff to the CTO, you will operate as a senior leader within the Tech organization, owning complex, cross-functional problems that sit between teams. You will turn ambiguity into clear strategy, measurable outcomes, and actionable decisions, acting as a trusted partner to the CTO. This role is pivotal in scaling the engineering organization as it grows to support millions of customers across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic, cross-organization initiatives such as platform programs, reliability improvements, and technical debt reduction.
- Lead the Tech side of company-level programs including European expansion and major infrastructure shifts.
- Manage the Tech planning cycle, including capacity planning and the definition of Tech OKRs.
- Design and facilitate the Tech leadership operating system, including staff meetings, QBRs, and roadmap reviews.
- Maintain the CTO's decision log and ensure high-quality decision-making across the leadership team.
- Lead internal and operational communications across the engineering organization.
