Head of AI Expansion

About the role

The Head of AI Expansion will lead the global adoption of Tether’s AI ecosystem, focusing on QVAC and decentralized, privacy-preserving AI infrastructure. This role involves engaging with leading enterprises, institutions, and governments to deploy AI solutions that prioritize data sovereignty and independence from centralized cloud infrastructure. The position requires a hands-on leader capable of managing complex commercial partnerships while bridging the gap between technical AI teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive global adoption of QVAC and Tether AI across enterprises, institutions, and governments.
• Identify organizations where local, private, decentralized, or sovereign AI provides a strategic advantage.
• Nurture existing and build new relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, AI leaders, and government stakeholders.
• Personally originate, structure, negotiate, and close strategic AI partnerships and deployments.
• Define and execute Tether AI’s global go-to-market strategy.
• Build and lead the AI Expansion team globally, including recruiting key profiles and establishing KPIs.
