Controller - Performance, Analytics & BI

About the role

The Controller will develop and manage the company's controlling function, establishing KPI and reporting systems to support management and partners. This role involves creating automated early warning systems, analyzing profitability and productivity, and ensuring high data quality across various business systems. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner, translating complex data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI and reporting system for management and partners.
• Establish automated early warning systems to monitor costs and budget adherence.
• Analyze profitability, productivity, utilization, and working capital to provide strategic steering impulses.
• Ensure data quality across planning, master data, and time tracking systems.
• Develop and maintain advanced data models and tools for capacity, personnel, and results planning.
• Conduct monthly reporting and steering meetings with partners to track measures and facilitate decision-making.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports using data from controlling software, DATEV, and HRIS.
