Growth Lead, France

About the role

The Growth Lead for France will shape and execute ChatGPT's growth plans by partnering with the France GM to identify local user needs and growth opportunities. This role involves driving acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through product improvements, funnel optimizations, and performance marketing tests. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn country priorities into product roadmaps and measurable growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the France GM and regional teams to set a country growth plan and roadmap priorities.
• Use user research, funnel data, and competitive insights to identify and prioritize local growth opportunities.
• Run performance marketing tests across channels and partners to optimize acquisition and unit economics.
• Design and execute rigorous experiments across the user lifecycle to measure and iterate on product impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to prototype and ship locally relevant experiences.
• Own the country growth scorecard and manage the growth operating cadence with regional stakeholders.
