Internal Communications Manager

About the role

Multiverse is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to own the company's internal narrative and messaging framework. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO, producing high-quality internal content, and managing communication channels to ensure alignment across the organization. You will translate complex business data into compelling stories and partner with leadership to drive cultural and strategic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a living messaging framework that captures the company's identity and strategic direction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team regarding internal communications.
• Produce internal briefing materials for major company moments and policy developments.
• Manage editorial ownership of All Hands meetings, including narrative arc and speaker preparation.
• Optimize internal communication channels such as Slack, intranet, and newsletters.
• Develop a framework for measuring internal communication effectiveness and report on channel health.
