About the role

The Expert Procurement Electronics will assess supply risks and vulnerabilities in critical electronics categories while optimizing supply chain transparency. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier negotiations, and implementing roadmaps to strengthen supply chain resilience. The successful candidate will provide expertise to clients and mentor the internal procurement team.

Responsibilities

• Assess current supply risks and vulnerabilities in critical electronics categories
• Create transparency beyond Tier 1 suppliers and identify Tier N dependencies
• Develop and implement measures to safeguard supply continuity
• Lead critical negotiations and manage complex supplier situations
• Identify, evaluate, and introduce alternative sourcing strategies
• Monitor market developments in the semiconductor and electronics environment
• Define roadmaps for supply chain resilience and risk management
