Talent Operations Coordinator

About the role

As a Talent Operations Coordinator for EMEA, you will manage interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate experience to ensure hiring processes run smoothly. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain data integrity in the ATS and improve operational efficiency as the team scales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex logistical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Run point on scheduling and interview logistics for the EMEA team, juggling calendars, time zones, and last-minute changes
• Greet and host candidates onsite, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to flag and resolve process issues
• Manage ATS data to ensure pipeline accuracy
• Analyze hiring metrics and team growth data for leadership
• Assist in organizing team events, offsites, and research show-and-tells
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability
