Sr. Product Designer

About the role

Hims & Hers is seeking an AI-native Senior Product Designer to lead the design of its sexual health experience. This role involves refining existing product flows while leveraging AI-native tools to prototype and define future product generations. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a trustworthy, human-centric telemedicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and iterate on the sexual health app experience including flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Identify and resolve friction, inconsistency, and drop-off points in the existing product.
• Integrate AI-native workflows into research, rapid concept generation, and prototyping.
• Partner with Product and Clinical teams to define a long-term vision for the sexual health category.
• Participate in customer research and testing to ensure the product reduces stigma and builds user confidence.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Research, Clinical, and Engineering stakeholders to drive projects from start to finish.
