Project Lead DXP

About the role

The Project Lead DXP will independently manage large-scale DXP projects from kick-off to go-live and beyond. This role involves steering budgets, resources, and scope while acting as a trusted advisor to clients on management and professional levels. The position requires leading interdisciplinary teams and ensuring technical architectural decisions align with the composable DXP environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large DXP projects independently from kick-off to go-live
• Manage project budgets, resources, and scope to ensure profitability
• Serve as the primary contact for clients on management and professional levels
• Provide active consulting and act as a trusted advisor for project requirements
• Identify risks early and drive solutions to prevent escalations
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams across development, UX, and consulting
• Contribute to and challenge architectural decisions in the composable DXP environment
• Develop and refine delivery standards within the project management team
