About the role

LAVA ENERGY is an owner-managed company driving the energy transition in buildings across Germany. As a technical plant supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of energy systems, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and contribute to renewable energy projects. You will manage documentation, cost control, and customer communication while monitoring system performance via energy monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical operation of energy plants
• Coordinate service events including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Plan, document, and monitor service events using specialized software
• Support the implementation of renewable energy projects such as pellet systems, heat pumps, and solar thermal installations
• Manage service and maintenance contracts and approve related invoices
• Conduct site inspections and follow-up checks of energy centers
