Art Director

About the role

The Art Director will develop compelling creative and visual responses to complex business challenges in collaboration with strategists and consultants. This role involves building and evolving visual identities, leading brand systems across various touchpoints, and providing professional guidance to a team of graphic designers. The position sits at the intersection of business strategy, brand, and design within an expanding creative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative lead ideas, visual concepts, and brand identities in close collaboration with strategists and consultants.
• Create and evolve logos, logo systems, design systems, brand guidelines, typography, color systems, and imagery.
• Lead the conceptual and design direction of digital brand applications, particularly websites and responsive designs.
• Develop campaigns and brand communication across web, social media, motion, and print.
• Present and represent concepts and solutions to clients.
• Provide professional leadership and coordination for a team of graphic designers.
• Mentor and support designers in their professional and creative development.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality design across all projects and applications.
