Junior Product Owner

About the role

The Product Owner will support the product team in Berlin by translating requirements into actionable work for development teams. This delivery-focused role involves managing the backlog, ensuring clear acceptance criteria, and facilitating communication between product, design, engineering, QA, and BI teams to support a two-week delivery cycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Management team in refining product requirements and translating PRDs into epics, user stories, and tickets.
• Maintain and order the backlog according to priorities set by product leadership.
• Participate in meetings to clarify product requirements with development, design, and delivery teams.
• Identify and escalate missing requirements, dependencies, and blockers.
• Collaborate with QA to communicate priorities, clarify acceptance criteria, and support defect triage.
• Support the BI team by translating product questions and KPIs into clear data requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
