About the role

The Senior Engagement Manager acts as a trusted advisor within the Forward Deployed Engineering organization to support account teams and customers in Latin America. This role involves leading large, complex, cross-functional programs independently to ensure successful implementation and value realization for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Independently scope and lead large, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Drive the full-cycle sales of standard and customized Professional Services and Training programs.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional Professional Services and Training targets.
  • Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions or escalate to ensure high satisfaction.
