Head of Operations

About the role

The Head of Operations will take full responsibility for the realization of BESS projects from contract signature to commissioning. This role involves leading and expanding an operations team while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will report directly to the management and oversee the entire process from planning and EPC procurement to final handover.

Responsibilities

• Translate economic and technical requirements into project plans and manage external planners and experts.
• Prepare tenders, negotiate contracts, and award EPC projects including terms and warranties.
• Oversee construction and commissioning, manage change orders, and ensure grid compliance and final handover.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and make-or-buy decisions.
• Provide project status reporting and investor-ready documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the operations team.

Qualifications
