About the role

The Compliance and Regulatory Manager ensures the company adheres to all applicable national and international regulations across its activities, products, and processes. This role guarantees the compliance of collections, including apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods, while managing corporate compliance programs such as anti-corruption measures. The manager acts as a key point of contact for operational teams to balance regulatory requirements with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments regarding consumer law, labor law, customs, textile regulations, REACH, and product safety.
• Ensure product compliance regarding composition, traceability, labeling, and safety across all categories.
• Manage the corporate compliance program, including Sapin II implementation, risk mapping, and anti-corruption procedures.
• Oversee due diligence processes for third parties and manage internal whistleblowing systems.
• Draft internal procedures and provide training to cross-functional teams on regulatory and compliance issues.
• Manage compliance risks, including product recalls, litigation, and interactions with regulatory authorities.
