About the role

JustPlay is seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & Motion Designer to join their growing Creative team. You will create engaging, high-performing video content for mobile-first audiences and help shape creatives that drive measurable results across marketing channels. The role involves combining video editing, motion design, and generative AI to bring creative concepts to life from initial brief through final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end video production, from creative brief and concept through to final delivery
• Create high-quality video edits, motion graphics, and animations tailored for mobile advertising
• Integrate AI-generated video, image, audio, and text assets into creative production workflows
• Identify, structure, and execute creative concepts aligned with campaign and performance goals
• Collaborate closely with the Creative team to ensure strong creative execution and brand consistency
• Continuously iterate and optimise creatives based on performance data and learnings
• Explore, organise, and optimise the use of AI tools and workflows to increase creative efficiency, speed, and output quality
• Stay close to creative and market trends to identify new formats, ideas, and opportunities
