Senior Projektcontroller

About the role

As a Senior Project Controller, you will act as the bridge between Finance and Program Management, ensuring financial viability from the bidding phase through to project completion. You will be responsible for implementing NetSuite Projects, managing project-related profitability, and overseeing financial planning for CapEx and grant-funded projects. This role requires translating complex engineering plans into actionable financial forecasts to support management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage NetSuite Projects, including project structures, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Calculate project bids in collaboration with Sales and Project Management, assessing margins and risks.
• Manage the financial lifecycle of grant and institutional projects, including cost models and compliance reporting.
• Oversee the economic performance of the customer project portfolio, monitoring budgets, cash flow, and EAC.
• Manage financial planning for CapEx projects, including satellite construction and infrastructure development.
• Perform monthly plan-actual comparisons and provide early warnings for financial deviations.
• Support the accounting team with data for month-end and year-end closing, including revenue recognition.
