Solutions Engineer Level 1

About the role

Solutions Engineers at TransPerfect focus on product development, client enhancement requests, and resolving production issues. The role requires AI literacy and the active use of AI tools to improve workflow speed, quality, and efficiency. Engineers will support client service teams, assist with data migrations, and contribute to system maintenance and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Trial Interactive Operations Escalations in collaboration with Client Service Representatives.
• Assist with data migration using pre-defined utilities and processes.
• Prepare and execute PDC and IQ test scripts.
• Build and execute QA scripts for migration and special projects.
• Write technical documentation for new processes and special projects.
• Execute database scripts for reporting system enhancements.
• Assist in production server maintenance and new version deployments.
• Create custom eLearning videos for internal and client use.
