About the role

The Global Director of Product for Flex will lead the product strategy, direction, and organisation for Kraken's global flexibility platform. This executive role involves managing the shared platform that supports both Liberalised and Regulated Markets, balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform integrity. The successful candidate will build a high-performing product organisation and drive the platform's evolution to create a long-term strategic advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap across all Flex platform squads.
• Align platform development with the priorities of both Liberalised and Regulated Markets business units.
• Drive the evolution of the platform toward a reusable, composable architecture.
• Build and sustain a high-performing product organisation and mentor Product Managers.
• Maintain a clear picture of capability gaps versus market alternatives and plan to close them.
• Identify and prioritise technology and product investments for long-term differentiation.
