Solutions Manager

About the role

The Solutions Manager will lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new enterprise customers, focusing on understanding their requirements and configuring the product to meet their specific needs. This role involves proactive project management, training stakeholders, and collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to drive customer success and accelerate time to value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation for new enterprise customers by building out processes from scratch.
• Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to ensure product adoption.
• Manage requirements and tasks across multiple customer onboardings through proactive project management.
• Delegate and oversee project-related activities to supporting solutions and technical consultants.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate customer requests and set appropriate expectations.
• Continuously improve post-sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction and onboarding speed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer relationships in B2B SaaS
• Experience leading enterprise-wide P2P or ERP implementations
