Senior Software Engineer Case Execution

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will join the Case Execution team to own critical parts of the case execution workflow, including eligibility, batching, submissions, and claim orchestration. This role focuses on solving complex, data-heavy backend problems and building decision logic to ensure efficient reimbursement workflows for healthcare providers. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems are well-connected and reliable across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems including eligibility, batching, submissions, and claim orchestration.
• Tackle complex, data-driven backend problems involving decision logic and workflow sequencing.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration systems to ensure cases are staged, routed, and executed with correctness and reliability.
• Collaborate with Integrations, Case Strategy, and product teams to align systems with broader platform operations.
• Contribute to internal-facing UI and operational tooling as required.
