About the role

The Solutions Architecture team at ExtraHop focuses on customer outcomes and success rather than billable hours. As a Solutions Architect, you will tackle complex business and technology problems across various industries and technologies to ensure the success of customers and products.

Responsibilities

• Advanced GUI development
• Advanced Trigger Script development
• Intermediate external REST API script development
• Intermediate understanding of networking
• Intermediate understanding of application design
• Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks to develop data acquisition strategies
• Profile industry-specific applications and create technical assets for product improvement and marketing
• Conduct root cause analysis of technology problems and advise on resolutions
• Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs
