Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITOM)

About the role

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will focus on ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. This role involves managing CMDB, IRE, and CSDM frameworks while leveraging technical expertise in JavaScript and integration tools to support enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Manage CMDB health, IRE rules, and CSDM alignment.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Perform system administration tasks across Linux and Windows environments using PowerShell and Bash.
