Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Redwood Software is seeking a Senior Java / SAP Full Stack Developer to focus on high-level system architecture and complex problem-solving within an AI-driven development environment. The role involves leveraging generative AI tools to design and maintain scalable Java microservices and connectivity components for SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems. You will act as a technical authority, ensuring AI-generated code meets performance, security, and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot.
• Serve as the final technical authority on all AI-generated code by rigorously reviewing, debugging, and optimizing it.
• Lead the design and implementation of distributed connectivity components across hybrid SAP ECC and S/4HANA estates.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize the efficacy of generative AI tools for testing, documentation, and refactoring.
• Oversee and enhance automated build, test, and deployment pipelines in a cloud environment using Kubernetes and Docker.
