About the role
The Talent Acquisition Officer will join the Talent Acquisition & Development team to manage recruitment and staff mobility for headquarters and international personnel. The role involves collaborating with business managers to identify needs, managing the full recruitment cycle, and supporting HR communication and projects. Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for headquarters and field staff within a defined scope, including administrative tasks

- Support employer branding and HR communication initiatives

- Advise and challenge managers on recruitment needs while maintaining HR standards
