AI Deployment Strategist – MedTech Regulatory Affairs

About the role

The AI Deployment Strategist will work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to transform complex MedTech regulatory workflows into practical AI-powered solutions. This hands-on role involves driving customer projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring that regulatory expertise is effectively translated into high-impact AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive customer project workstreams from discovery through workflow design, implementation support, testing, iteration, and delivery.
• Work directly with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, and cross-functional customer teams to understand regulatory submissions, intelligence, and compliance workflows.
• Act as a domain sparring partner for internal teams regarding regulatory strategy, submissions, compliance, design assurance, and audits.
• Create and review project deliverables such as workshop materials, workflow maps, gap analyses, impact assessments, and target process designs.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into structured internal requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Use AI tools actively to accelerate project delivery and improve the quality of outputs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in MedTech Regulatory Affairs, regulatory strategy, regulatory operations, design assurance, or a related consulting role.
