The Principal Consultant will work directly with leading financial institutions to deliver high-quality consulting services. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the firm, requiring deep expertise in change management and financial services to lead engagements and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own account and project delivery for clients.
• Manage a team of consultants ensuring high delivery quality.
• Propose ideas for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage pipeline for direct reports including roll-offs, extensions, and pricing.
• Draft and negotiate statements of work including rates and pricing.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and drive consulting expertise.
