About the role

As a Localization Operations Specialist on the Managed Services team, you will own the end-to-end localization lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary operational point of contact and trusted advisor, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution. This role requires balancing operational precision with strong client relationship management in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of localization programs.
• Design and optimize localization processes within the Smartling platform and client-preferred project management tools.
• Oversee the end-to-end job lifecycle and tailor configurations to meet unique client requirements.
• Solve problems independently and collaboratively with a solutions-first mindset.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, documenting best practices, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions.
