Localization Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Localization Operations Specialist on the Managed Services team, you will own the end-to-end localization lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary operational point of contact and trusted advisor, designing and optimizing localization processes within the platform to ensure successful program execution. This role requires balancing operational precision with strong client relationship management in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Design and optimize localization processes within the platform and client-preferred project management tools.
• Oversee the end-to-end job lifecycle and tailor configurations to unique client requirements.
• Solve problems independently and collaboratively with a solutions-first mindset.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications
