About the role

Phiture is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant to manage client relationships and deliver mobile growth strategies for major accounts. This role involves hands-on paid user acquisition management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic advising for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, setup, and optimization of paid UA campaigns across channels like Google, Apple Search Ads, and Meta.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, including leading meetings, delivering reports, and providing strategic recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration by connecting paid media efforts with organic and creative teams.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities, translating data into actionable business insights.
• Guide junior team members and client points of contact while maintaining individual account ownership.
