About the role

The Video Cutter will be responsible for creating high-performance social media and direct-response creatives for a rapidly growing e-commerce brand. The role focuses on high-volume output and effectiveness rather than artistic perfection, utilizing AI tools to streamline the editing process. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to analyze performance and iterate on video concepts.

Responsibilities

• Schnitt und Umsetzung von Social-Media- und Direct-Response-Creatives
• Verarbeitung großer Mengen an Rohmaterial und hoher Creative-Volumes
• Entwicklung unterschiedlicher Varianten, Hooks und Creative-Konzepte
• Optimierung von Videos für Performance Marketing und Meta Ads
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creative, Copywriting und Marketing
• Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Creatives anhand ihrer Performance
• Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Tools im Editing-Prozess
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Geschwindigkeit, Qualität und Output
