About the role

Magic Eden is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead retention and monetization for Dicey, their crypto casino and sportsbook platform. This AI-native role involves building automated growth stacks, managing player segmentation, and executing targeted campaigns to drive player behavior. You will own the post-signup journey and P&L levers, working directly with the founding team to define growth strategies in an emerging market.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and monetization as a growth loop by setting targets and driving performance metrics.
• Manage and evolve the player segmentation framework using diverse data signals.
• Build an AI-native growth stack including automated pipelines and agents for lifecycle campaigns.
• Design and ship targeted player offers such as bonuses, challenges, and win-back sequences.
• Analyze on-chain and warehouse data to identify patterns and launch proactive campaigns.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to develop repeatable product surfaces.
