Product Owner - Customer Domain

About the role

As a Product Owner in the Customer Domain team, you will take responsibility for a key growth driver of our company. You will shape the product strategy and implementation of new features for our B2B booking platform, doctari pro, while collaborating with engineering, UX design, and internal stakeholders. You will make data-driven product decisions to optimize the customer journey and integrate modern technologies like AI into the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the doctari pro platform, creating innovative features for clinics and healthcare facilities.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, market requirements, and relevant product KPIs.
• Manage the entire product development process from discovery through delivery to release.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate market requirements into clear product decisions.
• Analyze usage and booking data to derive recommendations and optimize the customer journey.
• Drive the targeted use of artificial intelligence within the product.

Qualifications
