About the role
The Head of Hospitals & Home Care will lead a team of approximately 15 people to drive commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic vision for the hospital segment in France. This role involves managing acquisition and account management while expanding into the medico-social and home care sectors. You will act as the segment leader, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical solutions and build long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve net MRR objectives for the segment across acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Manage, develop, and engage a team of approximately 15 people, fostering seniority and operational efficiency.
- Build and embody the two-to-three-year strategic vision for the segment in alignment with product and market trends.
- Develop and maintain key institutional relationships with health sector organizations and public authorities.
- Explore and initiate revenue streams in the medico-social and home care segments.
- Coordinate across Tech, Deployment, Legal, Finance, Product Marketing, and Public Affairs teams to ensure client priorities are met.
