Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

Karbon is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our globally distributed team and help maintain the quality and reliability of our AI-powered practice management software. You will take ownership of quality standards, balance efficiency with excellence, and collaborate effectively with our engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a proactive problem solver who is passionate about testing and capable of coaching others to ensure a great user experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of quality standards and lead their resolution within the team.
• Balance high-quality output with the necessity to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to enhance shared goals and support mutual success.
• Maintain the quality and reliability of both new and existing products.
• Coach junior quality engineers and software engineers on best practices and testing strategies.
• Lead initiatives for QA tooling and process improvements using AI.
