Senior Proposal Manager

About the role

As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will lead complex proposal response efforts for prospective and existing customers globally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will manage strategic Requests for Proposals, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring proposal quality throughout the lifecycle. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor and mentor within the team while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex, high-impact proposal responses including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Facilitate bid qualification discussions and lead proposal planning activities such as timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage multiple complex proposal pursuits simultaneously while applying strategic thinking and competitive awareness.
• Lead the development, writing, editing, and refinement of proposal responses to ensure they are compliant and compelling.
• Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to enhance proposal responses.
• Act as a trusted advisor and mentor within the Proposal Management team to share expertise and support onboarding.
• Contribute to operational improvements, content enhancements, and the implementation of proposal management best practices.
