Clinical Coordination Manager

About the role

The Clinical Coordination Manager oversees the team responsible for maintaining accurate provider schedules across all markets. This role provides leadership, operational oversight, and process improvement to ensure consistent scheduling performance and effective backlog management. The manager monitors schedule health, identifies risks, and collaborates across departments to support patient flow and provider productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Clinical Coordinators through clear priorities, delegation, and performance management
• Monitor schedule health to identify open capacity, underfilled provider days, and scheduling risks
• Ensure accepted treatment and new-patient backlogs are actively worked in accordance with provider availability
• Analyze recurring scheduling barriers and backlog trends to develop preventive strategies and workflow improvements
• Partner across departments to resolve scheduling barriers and serve as an escalation point for complex needs
• Monitor and report team performance indicators including schedule-entry timeliness and cancellation trends

Qualifications
