About the role

YipitData is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to develop AI-enabled products and analytics experiences for its Corporate organization. The role involves building and maintaining production AI Agent systems that provide actionable insights to major retailers and brands. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with product management, and leverage AI-accelerated workflows to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own features and systems end-to-end for the Corporate Insight Agent from requirements to deployment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across the stack, focusing on AI-native development and systems design.
• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to shape requirements and business processes.
• Drive initiatives proactively by defining project scope and execution strategies.
• Balance rapid prototyping with long-term engineering rigor to ensure maintainable production systems.
• Iterate based on user feedback while maintaining high standards for reliability and observability.
• Utilize AI coding tools to improve productivity and ship solutions efficiently.
